Supervised monitoring involves ongoing oversight of an individual under a court order or voluntary agreement. Our supervisors observe, document, and report on behavior and interactions, providing detailed written reports to authorized parties such as attorneys, courts, or case managers.

Are your services court-approved?

Yes. Summit Supervision provides written session reports that are formatted for court use. Our supervisors are trained professionals, and our documentation meets the standards required by family courts in Colorado. We recommend confirming with your attorney that our services satisfy your specific court order.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are conducted at neutral, pre-approved locations in the Denver Metro Area. The specific location is determined based on the nature of the service, the court order (if applicable), and the needs of the parties involved. Location details are provided at the time of booking confirmation.

How do I book a session?

You can book a session directly through our online booking page. Select your service, choose an available date and time, complete the intake information, and pay at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with all session details.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure supervisor availability. Same-day or next-day bookings may be available depending on current scheduling — contact us directly to check availability.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Contact us by phone or email to reschedule. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session may be treated as a cancellation and subject to our cancellation policy.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the session fee. No-shows are documented and reported to relevant parties as required.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received. We do not hold time slots without payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through our online booking system. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Is there a fee for the initial intake?

Yes. A one-time intake and orientation fee is required before your first session. This fee covers the intake meeting, case review, and orientation to our policies and procedures. The fee is $50 for supervised visitation and $75 for supervised monitoring.

Are session reports included in the price?

Yes. Written session reports are included at no additional charge after every session. If court testimony is required, an additional hourly rate of $150 applies, which includes preparation and travel time.

Can a session be terminated early?

Yes. The supervisor has full authority to terminate a session at any time if the safety or well-being of any participant is at risk, or if a participant violates our rules and regulations. Terminated sessions are not refunded.

Can I record sessions?

No. Audio or video recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by a court order. Unauthorized recording will result in immediate session termination.

Who receives the session reports?

Session reports are confidential and are only shared with parties authorized by the court order or a signed written consent agreement. This typically includes attorneys, the court, and designated case managers.

What if I have a concern about a supervisor?
